DISCO BRUNCH - DARLING PAVILION, SYDNEY

Every Saturday | 1pm-3pm

This isn’t a quiet brunch – this is Darling Pavilion’s Bottomless Brunch, reworked.

From 1-3pm, Saturdays are taken over by SSJ Group’s live singers delivering big vocals, throwback soul, modern crowd-favourites, and serious feel-good energy that builds as the drinks keep flowing. What starts as brunch quickly turns into a daytime party.

Settle in with a Mediterranean-inspired brunch menu and free-flowing spritzes, bubbles and cocktails, all served in the heart of Darling Harbour. Expect hands in the air moments, sing-alongs, and that perfect crossover from brunch to party without ever leaving your seat.
